The new NOLB business agreements will be implemented throughout the city, with the supply divided into five hubs: two in the north, two in the south and one in the city centre. Activity agreements are for people between the ages of 15.5 and 19, but up to the age of 26 for people with multiple barriers, as outlined in the NOLB Emerging Best Practice Guide. Committed employees work with young people to agree on a set of tailor-made activities, to encourage them and help them take the next step towards a positive goal. An activity agreement is an agreement between a young person and a counsellor for the young person to participate in an apprenticeship and activity programme to help them prepare for formal learning or employment.
